His mouth opens. Closes. Nanami looks away to gather his composure. He takes a few steady breathes. How did the conversation come to this?
The most embarrassing thing he has ever done? Not the most embarrassing situation he's been in. Plenty of people (Gojo) make situations embarrassing. "About six months after I returned to being a jujutsu sorcerer, I saw my former supervisor in public. I pretended not to know him, but he made that an increasingly obvious farce. It drew far too much attention because I couldn't simply leave. Pretending I didn't know him made it all the worse than him making any situation bad in the first place."
"No, but you wanted to know." Nanami squints at Haibara. "I chose to tell you."
Because he trusts Yu. Because as embarrassing as that scene was (and his former manager could make quite a scene), it's not nearly close to the short list of things he's not yet ready to discuss with Yu. Shibuya— that's something different. Not embarrassing. Simply, a lot. They should talk about it sometime, he knows that. He just wants more time together first before having to bring that in.
No, what's odd is when he tried to obfuscate his answer, and what came out changed. Choosing to tell Haibara things is different. Nanami considers what else, not Shibuya, he doesn't want Haibara to know. Doesn't want but isn't going to blow up this conversation into something else.
So he tries to say, I like when you're needy in bed. Not a lie, but a version of the truth he likes Haibara to know. A lie to the statement.
"I want you to beg more in bed," he says and goes scarlet.
He needs a couple moments to compose himself again. It's embarrassing to say it aloud, to have said it aloud. Haibara doesn't care, but Nanami can't help the reaction. He's not used to talking about such things at all. Figuring out what people like and doing that more, sure. Not this.
"Not if I answer," Nanami agrees. He considers it. "I hope that's only with you. It'll be problematic if that's all the time with everyone. There's matters I need to honor the privacy of."
Haibara won't ask about those things. He's not worried about that.
"It only started around the time my vision changed and I only noticed
because we're together so much and I know you so well. You can test it with
others though. Have you been overly honest with anyone else?"
"I've been more honest with Geto about some of the issues he's talking to me about but not overly honest. It seemed like he was ready to hear those points, when before they would've been heard as something else. They wouldn't have helped him," Nanami says slowly as he thinks about it. "I'm honest generally with people. I don't think it's been overly so. I will test it out however."
Because he needs to know before it causes a disaster.
He leans his head against Haibara's. "Well, at least this feels as substantial as your vision. I love the tattoo, but it didn't feel balanced."
The fingers in his hair feel nice. He closes his eyes for a moment and wants to relax to into the feeling. It doesn't last because Haibara keeps asking about what he likes in bed. Nanami groans.
"Yu..." Nanami says, sighing, "I didn't know the suits would do that. I don't know what else would be like... that."
A pause, not because he has to answer the question but because he has to answer honestly if he does. He mulls it over.
"I want to blindfold you with my tie or to tie your hands to the headboard with it. I want to see how many times I can make you finish. I want to make your legs so weak you cannot stand on your own afterward."
He knew what he was doing, but Nanami still flushes.
"I know you didn't, but this is also testing things with your new situation." Although the idea of Nanami blindfolding him and tying him down has him shifting in his lap, Haibara kissing at his jawline.
"Good thing you have plenty of ties, then, isn't it? Because I like the sound of that, Kento. Not that it takes much for you to make my knees go weak,anyway."
"I don't think it can reveal things I don't know," Nanami says. He takes even breaths and pulls Haibara closer against him. His hands appreciate the feel of Haibara underneath them, and Nanami knows if they let themselves get distracted, he might get to stop talking about this. For now.
"Not just weak," Nanami says, "I don't want you able to walk, able to stand, for some time afterward. I want to blow your mind that hard."
"We know how to get you in the mood to do that, at least." Haibara shifts, settles so he's leaning against Nanami back to his chest as he rocks his hips back, tilts his head to the skide.
"I like hearing you talk about what you want to do to me." Haibara rolls his hips again, rubs back against Nanami slowly.
"Maybe not your ties, though. We can find something that's more secure."
One hand rests on Haibara's thigh, and the other presses against Haibara's chest. Nanami looks at Haibara, as much as he can see Haibara's face. It hardly feels unfair to commit to this when Haibara wants it too. God, Haibara wants to go for it, at least one of his fantasies, then and there. His breathing gets a little harder, though of course Haibara does. They're home the two of them, and certainly there's no time like the present.
"It's... not easy," Nanami says, "Talking about it aloud." He can try, for Haibara's sake, but he's sure it will sound terrible and foolish, at least right now. His cheeks are pink, his ears a deeper shade. He rocks his hips up against Haibara's, meeting him.
"I haven't... done research on other options." He hadn't had anyone to use them with, back home, and here. Well, he's been busy.
"I'm glad." His voice is soft, his eyes half closing as he rocks back down, grinds himself against Nanami. "I like that it's difficult for you because it means you're not used to it. So we can explore this together." As much as he didn't mind Nanami finding other partners, he's still human. And then his lips twitch into a smile before he deliberately moans Kento's name, fingers guiding the hand on his thigh higher.
Those two words shock Nanami for a moment. His heart racing, and he runs over the words to make sure he heard Haibara correctly, while he's also distracted by the start of what they're doing. Haibara explains it further, and that makes some sense. He slides his hand under Haibara's shirt, feeling skin warm beneath his palm.
He cannot help the effect his name has on him. His hips jerk upward out of the rhythm they've set. He rubs his hand against Haibara through what he's wearing first. Then he opens Haibara's pants and continues through much less. "Later," he agrees, as he works to get Haibara hard and enjoys each moment of it.
His head drops back against Nanami's shoulder, his lips parting on a quiet gasp, Nanami's name slipping from his lips as his hips shift restlessly, rocking against his palm and then rubbing against him.
"Definitely later." He agrees, a little breathlessly.
Nanami smiles, as he continues to focus on Haibara. He reaches for lube, kept nearby, with his other hand, and pauses long enough to get some in his hand. Then he continues, moving his hand and rocking his hips in time together. He wants to drive Haibara senseless, wants to lavish him with attention. He spreads his legs slightly more and makes sure Haibara's legs rest over them.
"For now, I want you. I want you to come for me before we leave this chair," Nanami says, trying to sound calm and collected and not as silly as he feels.
"Hold out as long as you can," Nanami says, "and tell me before you come." He kisses Haibara's neck and sets a mostly steady rhythm. He loves the way he can feel Haibara against him, can watch him. He'd wanted to get down in this armchair at some point. That point being today apparently.

Haibara just stares for a second before he laughs quietly. Not at Nanami but his reaction to his own words.
"The look on your face." He manages before he's leaning in to kiss Nanami again.
"We can definitely make that happen though." Not like he's going to mind.
"But that confirms what I've been noticing since I lost color away from you. I don't think you can hide things if I ask you directly."
